How Ship System uses Google
Ship System connects to our own Google account with read-only Google Drive access.
When staff open an order, Ship System searches Drive for that order's artwork files (we name them
by order number, for example J-12345) and shows links to them, so the team doesn't have
to search manually.
- Drive files are never modified, deleted, sold or shared.
- Google data is used only to show artwork links to our authorised staff.
- Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can use it
Ship System is a private business tool. Access is limited to staff we authorise; it is not available for public sign-up. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
